If you’ve already instructed an estate agent to sell your property, make sure you check your contract carefully.

Depending on the contract you’ve agreed, (or are considering) with your estate agent, you may be liable to pay them commission even if you find a buyer privately.

Under a ’sole selling rights’ contract, you would still have to pay the estate agent commission even if you find the buyer through this web-site.

Yes, Lancs Property has been designed for your convenience. Once you’ve logged into your account you can quickly and easily amend your personal or property details as you wish.
